چکیده

This study aims to investigate whether the in vitro-cultured L. pumila var. alata has higher antioxidant activity than its wild plant. An 8-week-old nodal segment and leaf explants were cultured onto Murashige Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with various cytokinins (zeatin, kinetin, 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP)) for shoot multiplication auxins (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) picloram) callus induction, respectively. The results showed that 2 mg/L zeatin produced optimal development, 0.5 2,4-D highest induction (60%). After this, was combined 0.25 MS medium. (100%) yellowish greenish compact texture obtained using zeatin. Leaves from vitro plantlets plants as well extracted analyzed their activities (DPPH FRAP methods) polyphenolic properties (total flavonoid total phenolic content). When compared extracts of alata, extract displayed significantly content. Hence, culture potentially can be adapted production satisfy pharmaceutical nutraceutical needs while conserving alata.
